ALAMOSA, Colo.— Despite playing without their top scorer for much of the game in junior Rachel Espinoza, the Colorado State University-Pueblo ThunderWolves continued their fine RMAC Shootout play as they held the Adams State College women’s basketball team to a 28.1 percent (9-32) shooting effort in the first half en-route to a 70-61 win in the 2010 tournament’s quarterfinal round, Tuesday night here in Plachy Hall.
